Vara is a private 9-bedroom estate in central Canggu, close to Berawa Beach and within walking distance of cafés and restaurants.
Designed for families and groups who want to stay together, the 1,500 sqm estate has two swimming pools, nine ensuite bedrooms and generous shared spaces. It accommodates 18 guests as standard and up to 22 with additional beds. Batu Bolong is around three minutes away, and Berawa Beach around six minutes by car.

Birthdays, family celebrations and private gatherings of up to 40 people are welcome by prior arrangement. If non-staying guests attend, an IDR 3,000,000 local banjar/community charge is collected by the local community and a receipt is provided; it is not a Vara fee. Outdoor music and noise must end by 10:00 pm, after which guests may continue socialising indoors at a considerate volume. DJs are not permitted.
